Hot bolt clamp system - Industrial clamp system
FPT is a manufacturer of Hot Bolt & Industrial Clamp System with application in the all industry and in the oil & gas sector.
The system have been designed for removing rusted nuts on a pipeline where it is a key task to remove and replace corroded or damaged nuts without stopping the production. The Hot Bolt Clamp System maintains the integrity of a connection allowing corroded or damaged studs to be replaced on a safe way.
The standard system is composed by 4 pieces of FPT Clamp each one of 34 kN with a stoke of 10 mm and a max pressure of 700 bar, the FPT hand pump model PMSA2, manifold and full connection and accessories to operate. Each clamp has a special treatment to be protected from corrosion.
As option can be used an electric pump, an air pump or hand pumps with multiple outlets and the system can be personalized following customers specification and needs. Custom made clamping system can be realized following the different projects needs, FPT has more than 50 years of experience on manufacturing high pressure equipment and a team of technicians will take care of the customers applications.
A clamp system is used to hold or secure elements together and are available many types of clamps for different purposes. The main application of the FPT tools are for maintenance purpose or for installation in the industrial sector. Another product part of the range FPT are workholding cylinders used to position the part properly on the fixture and also to hold it in place during machining. FPT also provide technical training on the equipment that are divided in technical training and on-site training, to provide to operators all the necessary tools for a correct and safe use of the FPT hydraulic equipment. The trainings combine the principles of high pressure hydraulics with a practical training at our factory using the hydraulic tools.
