CRI-60/75-FO Hollow Cylinders With Oil Return
• CRI-FO Series are cylinders with a hollow center. Designed for cable tensioning operations, positioning bars in tensile structures, pulley assembly and disassembly, hoisting, and cable and tie rod pulling tests. Tensioning bars, dywidag, macalloy.• With the oil return system strokes can be longer than in cylinders with a spring return. Thanks to the oil return system, return times are shorter and under all operating conditions.• With the threaded body cylinder positioning is easier, more accurate and safer.• The stop ring not only guarantees maximum operator safety, preventing plunger over-stroke, but also outstanding eccentric load absorption.• Hollow, high-strength, splined removable head.• The wiper reduces contamination between ring and rod.• Models weighing more than 20 kg are equipped with a handle or lifting eyebolts to make them easier to carry.• Custom made cylinders with a hollow center can be manufactured on customer request.

The ST75 Series thermal flow meters are a compact, low cost solution for accurate, repeatable direct mass flow measurement of air and gases. These in-line (spool-piece) style flow meters have no moving parts and are available for use in pipe diameters from 1/4 inches to 2 inches, [6 mm to 51 mm]. Process connection options include male NPT, female NPT, and flanged. These thermal flow meters feature wide 100:1 turndown and depending on pipe size, will measure from 0.01 SCFM to 559 SCFM [0,01 NCMH to 950 NCMH]. The ST75 Series electronics are housed in rugged, IP67 rated enclosure with dual conduit ports in either NPT or M20 threading. The instrument comes standard with dual 4-20 mA outputs and a 500 Hz pulse output. The models ST75A and ST75AV include HART or Modbus, as well as NAMUR compliant 4-20 mA outputs and SIL compliance rating. The flow meter's transmitter/electronics can be integrally mounted with the flow element (probe) or be remote mounted to best match your installation situation. The complete instrument carries global Ex agency approvals for Division l/Zone 1 installations. The ST75 flow meter sensing element features precision, platinum RTD in small diameter, "equal-mass," all-metal thermowells to provide superior accuracy, repeatability and fast response. The "V" suffix models (ST75V and ST75AV) include Vortab® flow conditioners built-in to the spool-piece to provide accurate and repeatable flow measurement installations with limited straight-run and/or for operating in transitional flow ranges.
ST51/ST51A Gas Flow Meters
Models ST51 and ST51A are a compact, low cost solution for accurate, repeatable flow measurement of biogas, digester gas, landfill gas, methane and natural gas as well as air, compressed air or nitrogen. This insertion-style flow meter has no moving parts and is available in probe lengths for installation into pipe diameters from 2.5 inches to 24 inches [63 mm to 610 mm]. It is easily connected into the pipe via a 1/2 inch or 3/4 inch NPT compression fitting. ST51 uses constant power thermal dispersion drive technology, with a slightly heated sensor, which uniquely provides a subtle drying effect on the sensors that results in effective measurement in moist gas applications. The ST51 Series electronics are housed in rugged, IP67 rated enclosure with dual conduit ports in either NPT or M20 threading. The instrument comes standard with dual 4-20 mA, NAMUR NE43 complaint outputs and a 500 Hz pulse output. The model ST51A adds HART or Modbus, a higher process temperature service range, a SIL compliance rating and extended warranty. The transmitter/electronics can be integrally mounted with the flow element (probe) or be remote mounted to best match your installation situation. The complete instrument carries global Ex agency approvals for Division l/Zone 1 installations. The ST51 flow sensing element features precision, platinum RTD in small diameter, "equal-mass," all-metal thermowells to provide superior accuracy, repeatability and fast response.
ST50 Air/Compressed Air Flow Meter

FS10A Analyzer Flow Switch + Monitor
The FS10A is a universal flow switch and monitor specifically designed for gas and liquid process analyzer sampling systems. The FS10A is a fast responding, highly repeatable sensor which installs easily into a standard tube tee fitting or new SP76 (NeSSI) modular manifold. The FS10A utilizes proven thermal dispersion flow measurement technology with FCI proprietary equal mass sensing to achieve outstanding sensitivity and repeatability. The instrument’s wetted parts are superior corrosion-resistant 316L stainless steel with Hastelloy C-22 sensor tips. The sensor element has no moving parts to foul, clog or maintain which ensures continuous reliability and no maintenance costs. There are no cavities, orifices or dead-legs to trap or contaminate samples which preserves sample integrity and faster system sampling times. FS10A electronics are packaged in a rugged, fully-sealed, aluminum housing which provides exceptional protection and long-life under all process conditions. The electronics can be integral mounted with the sensor element resulting in unibody, self-contained unit or the electronics can be separated from the sensor for remote mounting. The remote configuration is useful when sensor installation area is subjected to high temperatures or to mount the front panel and display in a more convenient location. The instrument provides a top-mounted, flow rate monitoring LED array for at-a-glance visual indication of proper flow rate to the analyzer or sampling system, that an alarm/trip has been reached, and as indication the unit is powered and operating. The flow switch's setpoint is conveniently user settable via two push-buttons accessible at the top of the unit or via the RS232C I/O port.
